　　2. The characteristic of the copper material itself is that it is relatively soft and relatively sticky. When engraving on the aluminum-copper engraving machine, pay attention to the use of sharp knives. Nowadays, some tool manufacturers specialize in the use of ultra-fine particles of cemented carbide for the processing of red copper materials, and the processing effect is better.

Also pay attention to the polishing of the rake face, the particles of the grinding wheel should be fine, so that sharp tools can be ground. When the tip is pointed, the tip angle is smaller, so that the processing effect is better.

　　5. The extension length of the aluminum-copper engraving machine tool should be as short as possible, or use a thicker tool holder to increase the strength of the tool and reduce the deformation during processing. This has a relatively large impact on the finish of the processed workpiece.

　　6. The breaking characteristics of copper materials are not good, and it is easy to form relatively long chips. Therefore, the rake face of the cutting tool must be smooth, so as to reduce the friction between the chip and the tool. This is also more important because it has a greater impact on the use of tools.
